Account and registration

Account opening on armada takes three steps. First, you provide your email, name, date of birth, and phone number. We send a verification link to your email — click it to confirm. Second, we ask for identity documents (ID card or passport) and a photo of your face. This is KYC verification and helps us comply with local law. Third, you choose a deposit method — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank virtual account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Once your identity is verified and your first deposit is processed, your account is active and you can access football markets, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports games. The entire process usually takes a few hours, but can take longer if our verification team needs to review your documents.

On the armada login page, click "Forgot your password?" Enter the email address linked to your account. We send a password-reset link to that email. Click the link and choose a new password. Log in to your armada account and go to Account Settings. There you can update your email, phone number, and password. You can also set your preferred language and notification preferences. If you want to pause your account temporarily, contact armada support — they can place a hold on your account for a set period. During a hold, you cannot log in or place bets. Your balance remains in your account. When the hold period ends, you can log in again. If you want to close your account permanently, support can help with that too. We will ask you to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

Payments and transactions

Deposits via e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment are instant. Log in to armada, go to Deposit, and select your e-wallet. Enter the amount you want to deposit. You are redirected to the e-wallet app or website to confirm the payment. Once you confirm, the funds appear in your armada account immediately. No additional verification is needed for e-wallet deposits — the payment processor handles that. If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, online payment and e-wallet are widely available. mobile banking works across Indonesia. local payment and online payment are also supported. If your deposit does not appear within a few minutes, contact armada support with your transaction ID — they can check the status with the payment processor.

Yes. armada accepts bank transfers from e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. When you choose Bank Transfer as your deposit method, we give you a virtual account number linked to your armada account. Transfer the amount you want to deposit from your bank account to that virtual account number. The funds are credited to your armada account once the transfer clears. Bank transfers usually take 1–2 hours, but can take longer during peak times or on holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha. Do not transfer to a different account number — always use the virtual account number we provide. If you transfer to the wrong account, the funds may not reach armada and you will need to contact your bank to recover them.

Log in to armada and go to Withdraw. Choose the payment method you used to deposit — we only withdraw to the same method. Enter the amount and confirm. For e-wallet withdrawals (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), funds usually arrive within subject to verification. For bank transfers, allow 1–2 hours. Your account must be verified before you can withdraw. If you have not completed KYC verification, finish that first. If your withdrawal is delayed, contact armada support with your withdrawal ID. They can check the status with the payment processor. Withdrawals are subject to verification windows — we may hold a withdrawal for review if it is unusually large or if your account activity looks unusual.

Game rules and categories

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that tells you how much of all money wagered on a slot game is paid back to players over time.
